This was fun. Bottom line: hunt down the thieves; find our beacon.

So, we definitely thought this class was cool (and well organized). Our robot worked. Testing it, we saw it pick up the right color ball and move it down. We didn't qualify, though, because at the last minute, our robot had a non-functioning beacon randomly given to us and had issues starting (and maybe there was a little bit of not giving ourselves enough time). But we think our robot is damn impressive and slightly different. It was inspired by chinese fighting fish, mo's butt, tea, and all-nighters.

Our advice to people taking this after us: the people you work with become your family, your complete social circle, your confidants... you become outcasts together. Actually, truth is, you'll have to watch out. Things can get pretty messy being with people for 18 out of the 24 hours in a day, for a whole month - butts begin to mesh and switch around and bargained off or rejected.

Anyway, we wish we could have been in the final competition, but it's all right.
