6.270 was a fun class and allowed us to learn the basics of robot design. We enjoyed the sessions on sensors, motors and programming. Even though we had to spend many hours working on our robot, in lab we could always find a happy and smelly environment. Everyday we could count on somone watching 'The Rock' on the TV. It was fun to watch people heading for lab in the morning carrying a ton of legos in the snow. Even though food was not allowed in lab, there was a pile of trash right under the "No Food" sign. All of these things put together make up what we call our 6.270 experience.

As for the robot, everyone was amazed and instantly intimidated by the robot as its fierce design was that of a winner. It did not win the competition, but it helped us learn several skills that will be useful in the future. We were happy it actually started and was able to score a positive point (on the first round it only scored negative points).
