First double elimination rounds:

We won our first two rounds – admittedly, one round was against a Ferris-wheel placebo (see video), but you can also see that our robot drives STRAIGHT.

Final results:

1st match: Loss to Team 9 (Samuel L. Jackson). We were no match for Sam J's THREE MOTORS PER WHEEL, and got completely OWNED. As in, we tried to drive straight down the board, and almost succeeded until Sam J PUSHED US BACK TO OUR STARTING POINT. At the end we could smell the chips burning.

2nd match: Double Win against Team 32. Both teams got one ball into one scoring territory.

3rd match: Loss against Team 13. We pushed two balls into a square, they pushed three balls into a square, and we LOST. Woe.

Q. Why didn't you do better?

A. Build your own robot.

In all seriousness, our robot was extremely simple and extremely consistent. While this allowed it to pass the first two rounds and win against robots that were inconsistent, ran into walls, or just didn't work at all, our strategy was too dumb to make it against robots that had successfully implemented a strategy that would claim two territories on the board.
