Basically, the competition is called Snakes on a Plane! Two opponent robots start on diagonally opposite corners of a 6 ft. by 8 ft. game board. There are 3 scoring zones across the other diagnoal of this rectangular board. The objective of the game is to get the most balls in each of the scoring zones, namely "snake cages" where the balls are "snakes." There are also two colored balls, red and green, depending on which corner you start on. In order to win that snake cage and win a point, your color ball must be the majority of balls in that zone. The team with the most zones won after 60 seconds wins the game. There can be double losses, where both teams don't win any zones, or double wins where both teams have the same number of their balls in the zone or they both each win a zone.
